Who Can Apply for RCIP?

RCIP is designed for skilled individuals who want to build a long-term life in rural Canada. You may be eligible if:

• You have received a legitimate job offer from an employer in an RCIP community.
• You have worked a minimum of 1 year (1,560 hours) within the last 3 years.
• You meet basic English/French skills (CLB 5 or above)
• You have a high school diploma or higher
• You can show settlement funds (not required if you're already working in Canada)
• You’re committed to living and contributing to a smaller community

International graduates from Canadian colleges in RCIP communities are also eligible, even without work experience!

How Does the RCIP Process Work?

• Step 1: Get a Job Offer
